Warns and Bans Guidelines

Here, we will discuss, what happens say you decide to break the rules...Which we all know won't happen, right? Not only that, but say- if you accidentally did not follow the rules as well. We are fair with our rules, and thus must force some form of consequences if you decide to break them.
Team staff, and site Staff also have consequences if they break the rules.

All rules, if broken will result in a warning, unless the circumstance causes for a greater consequence.
-A warning is a statement from a mod, that you will receive via pm from a mod. This statement will be written down, and recorded.

-Once you have as many statements needed to fulfill consequence, the consequence will then be forced upon you.

-As an example, lets take the "Team Rule, 2,"*
2. Do NOT publicize anything, Team-Dotto Related.
You, as a member of Team-Dotto, work as a team, and thus have no rights to publicize anything. All sheets, will have work from more than one team member- It will have work from the entire team, and thus, will be publicized once finished. It will be publicized by a team leader, site admin, or site mod, therefore you do NOT have the right to publicize the sprites.

Failure to abide by this rule, MAY give you, a ½ warn to be banned from the site

After 2/2 ban from team, will not be able to re-apply.
...Notice how it states 1/2 warn. This doesn't mean you will receive one half of a warn, it means that you will receive 1 warn out of the two possible before being banned.
So, heres the formula, the number you act out = the numerator first number in the ratio, and the number needed before consequence is forced upon you = the bottom ratio number. The denominator.
There are bans, and perma-bans.
- Bans mean you will not be allowed to enter the given section, depending on specific consequences.
...Sometimes, you will be allowed to re-enter based upon level of broken rule, and current behavior.
-Perma-bans, is more serious. For whatever reason you were punished, you will no longer be allowed to access the area/section you have been banned from. Your IP address will no longer be allowed to enter the site or specific forum.
...Now if you have been Perma-Banned, and you feel you can make it up to the team, you have to prove it to us, but you MUST either send an email to:

...DO NOT CONTACT OUR PERSONAL DA ACCOUNTS!
Warnings do not interact w/ other warnings.
-If you have 1/3 of one warning type and 1/2 of another warning, this does NOT mean you have 2/2 or 2/3 warnings.
There are no specific consequences for specific breaking rules.
-All rules state that you MAY be warned, or banned. It all depends on the situation.
